CIOMP currently holds investments in more than 90 enterprises, including one publicly listed company. The institute is jointly building an optoelectronics industry incubator (a National Class A SciTech Business Incubator) with the Jilin provincial government. It has also received state approval to build a national entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration base.
The management department of spin-offs is Changguang group.The group manages the enterprises invested by CIOMP in a support way. It can serve convenient conditions and opening policies.
