On December 11, the International Cooperation Department (ICD) and the GPL Photonics Laboratory held a badminton competition in the gymnasium.

The games were held to promote exchange and interaction between the departments, enrich employees’ spiritual and cultural life, and enhance team spirit. Foreign experts and overseas students from India, Pakistan and other countries took part in the games.

There were five events: men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles. Before the games, all participating players joined in a warm-up exercise. The players all did their best, and a thoroughly good time was had by all. The competition ended in laughter.

Those who took part in the games not only showed off their agility and sports prowess, but also took the opportunity to exchange ideas on badminton playing and other related topics. The games promoted communication and interaction between Chinese and foreign employees, helping to build unity and cooperation.
