Changchun Changguang Smart Optics Technology Co.,Ltd. was established in May 2018. "Changguang Smart Optics" is a high-tech enterprise (team holding) jointly launched by the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics and a group of optics scientists who now make up the company’s optical design and research team.

Focusing on the urgent needs for high-precision optical technology in the fields of life science imaging, integrated circuit detection, remote sensing and so on, the company focuses on technological innovations in the fields of micro optics, metal based optics and guiding optics, committed to resolving bottleneck technical problems，and building a world-class optics enterprise.

The core R & D team consists of 12 members with strong independent innovation abilities, who have long been engaged in the design and R & D of advanced optical systems. Their innovative optical designs have already led to breakthroughs in technologies such as gene sequencing - Ultra-high flux micro objective manufacturing technology, high-performance metal based optical full link manufacturing technology and serial small guiding optical design and manufacturing technology. The company has successfully developed gene sequencing - high flux micro objective, high-performance metal based optical mechanical integrated optical system, and highly cost-effective military and civil dual-use special optical lens, etc. The products have all entered the mass-production phase and are all cutting edge on the domestic market. It has been successively selected into the "Changbai Huigu" talent plan - high-level innovation and entrepreneurship talent team, Jilin science and technology innovation excellence talent team, etc.
