The " 2025 CAS-MHESI Symposium on Astronomy, Space Science, and Advanced Instrumentation" hosted by Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (MHESI), Thailand and undertaken by CIOMP and NARIT has successfully held from January 13–15, 2025 in Changchun, China.

The 2024 Changchun International Optoelectronics Expo, held from 18 to 20 June, brought together over 140 research institutes and companies from around the world. The event showcased advanced technologies in optics and photonics, aiming to promote academic exchange and industry cooperation.
On June 17th, the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics, and Physics (CIOMP) successfully hosted the first “Light & Youth” International Academic Forum, bringing together leading experts and young researchers in the field of optics and photonics.
